भारत, चीन, अमेरिका, यूरोप सबले सहमति भनेको अवस्था

नेपालको संविधान सहमतिको आधारमा लेखिनु पर्छ भनेर नभनेको विश्व शक्ति एउटा पनि छैन। प्रधान मंत्री हुनासाथ ए फलाना, टनकपुर कसको, नेपालको कि भारतको भनेर भारतलाई रिझाउन खोजेको मान्छे सुशील। यकायक विश्वको प्रत्येक शक्तिलाई एकै पटक चुनौती दिने will power कहाँ बाट आयो सुशीलको? हॉर्लिक्स खान थालेको हो?

भारत, चीन, अमेरिका, यूरोप सबले सहमति भनेको अवस्था छ।  सहमतिमा जाने हो। अर्को उपाय नै छैन। 

सन्धि सम्झौता नमान्ने राज्यले आफ्नो अस्तित्व आफै समाप्त गर्छ

एउटा मान्छे जीउँदो छ र उसको आयु निकै बाँकी नै छ तर उसले आफु ख़ुशी साँस फेर्न छोड़्यो भने के हुन्छ? परम धाम प्राप्ति हुन्छ। त्यस्तै कुनै राज्य (state) ले आफुले गरेका सन्धि सम्झौता मान्दिन भनेको साँस फेर्न छोड़े जस्तो हो। देश बिखण्डन तिर जान्छ।

राज्यको बागडोर सुशील कोइराला को हातमा छ। सुशील ले यसरी केपी को लहै लहै मा लागेर साँस फेर्न छोड्नु घातक कुरो हो। देश टुक्र्याउने तरिका हो त्यो।

सन्धि सम्झौता नमान्ने राज्यले आफ्नो अस्तित्व आफै समाप्त गर्छ। सोवियत यूनियन छँदै छैन अनि त्यो नभएको सोवियत यूनियन ले कुन सन्धि सम्झौता मान्ने?
