मधेशी अान्दोलनले छलाङ मारेको छ
पहाडी पार्टीहरूबाट राजीनामा िदएर मधेशी नेताहरूले बल्ल गुलामीको जन्जीर तोडेका छन्। नत्र भने मधेशीजनतालाई २०४६ सालदेिख नै बडो अप्ठ्यारो िथयो। अाफुले ज-जसलाई िजताएर पठायो उही गुलाम भएरबिसिदएको छ। नेता गुलाम, जनता गुलाम।
अब बल्ल खुकुलो भयो।
पुर्ण समानुपाितक िनर्वाचन र एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारा। बस, ती दुई कुरा भए पुग्छ। काँग्रेस, एमाले, माअोवादी, राप्रपा, राजपा जस्ता पहाडी पार्टीहरूसँग दुई उपाय छ। अा-अाफ्नो केन्द्रीय सिमितमा ५०% मधेशी राख्ने र एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारामा समािहत हुने। होइन भने ती पार्टीहरूको नामोिनशान मेिटन्छमधेशबाट।
माअोवादीले अाफ्नो money and muscle को अहं त्यािगिदए हुन्छ। कमजोर गृहमन्त्रीबाट ठगेको करोडौंरुप्याको बलमा राजनीित गर्न खोज्ने पार्टी गरीबहरूको पार्टी कसरी भयो? २०४६ पिछ भ्रष्ट काँग्रेसीहरूलेगरेको राजनीित त्यही होइन? जनताको sentiment का सामुन्ने माअोवादीको money and muscle बेकार छ।
Money and muscle कै कुरा गर्ने हो भने मधेशी अान्दोलन त्यस मायनेमा पिन कोहीभन्दा कम छैन। तर यो money and muscle को कुरा नै होइन। यो जनताको अावाजको कुरा हो।
संघीय गणतन्त्रको कुरा गर्ने तर मधेशलाई चार पाँच टुक्रामा फोड्िदने, अिन ती मािथ पहाडी बाहुनलाईितनको नेता बनाइिदले माअोवादी व्यवहारका िदन गए। संघीय लोकतन्त्र भन्ने तर पहाड र मधेश िमलाएरराज्य बनाउने, राजा वीरेन्द्रको िवकास क्षेत्रहरू जस्तो, त्यस्तो कुरा गर्ने एमालेका िदन गए। संघीयसरकार भन्ने तर पहाडी राज्यहरूलाई मधेशका राज्यभन्दा बढी वजन िदने उपल्लो सदनमा, त्यस्तोषडयन्त्र गर्ने नेपाली काँग्रेसका िदन गए।
माअोवादीलाई न मधेशीले पत्याएको छ न जनजाितले। गुण्डाअावाराको राजनीित सहने भन्ठानेको छमाअोवादीले मधेशी र जनजाितलाई? राणातन्त्रको गुलामी, राजतन्त्रको गुलामी, पञ्चे, काँग्रेस र एमालेकोबाहुन-क्षेत्रीवादको गुलामीबाट वाक्क भएका मधेशी र जनजाितले यो एककाइसौं शताब्दीमा माअोवादीकोदादािगरी र गुलामी सहन्छ भन्ने कुरा सोंच्ने जुर्रत माअोवादीले िकन गर्दैछ?
अबको राजनीित जनताको िदल िजत्ने राजनीित हुन्छ। मधेशी पार्टीका नेता र कार्यकर्तालाई harass गर्नेमाअोवादीको राजनीितकालािग मधेशमा कुनै ठाउँ छैन। माअोवादीले अाफ्नो रवैया नबदले त्यस पार्टीको अाउँदोचुनावमा मधेशबाट नामोिनशान मेिटनेछ। एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारामा त्यित ताकत छ।
मधेशी अान्दोलनका Tactical चुनौतीहरू
पहाडी पार्टीहरूमा रहेका मधेशी नेताहरूले गुलामीको जंजीर तोडेपिछ, मधेशी राष्ट्िरय मञ्चको स्थापनापािछ मधेशी अान्दोलनले एउटा नया उर्जा प्राप्त गरेको छ।
अिहले मोटामोटी चार समुह छन् मधेशी अान्दोलनमा। एक, मधेशी राष्ट्िरय मञ्च जसमा पहाडी पार्टीहरूलाई लात मारेर िनस्केका नेता छन्। दुई, उपेन्द्र यादव र राजेन्दर् महतोको नेतृत्वमा रहेका मधेशी जनािधकार फोरम र सद्भावना। तीन, फोरमको अर्को गुट, िवश्वास र गुप्तावाला र तीसँग अाबद्ध अरू तीन-चार पार्टीहरू। चार, बन्दुकधारी मधेशी राजनीितक समुहहरू।
पुर्ण समानुपाितक िनर्वाचन र एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारा। यी चार वटै समुह यी दुई नारामा अाउनुपर्छ र अाए जस्तो पिन लाग्छ। त्यित गृहकार्य प्रयाप्त छ अिहलेकालािग। अिन यस मधेशी मोर्चाले चुनाव sweep गर्छ। यस मधेशी मोर्चाले जनजाित पार्टीहरूलाई पिन सहयोग गर्दै लानुपर्छ। संिवधान सभामा मधेशी जनजाितको बहुमत अाउने ठुलो संभावना म देिखराखेको छु।
अगली सरकार मधेशी अौेर जनजाितयोंकी।
एउटै पार्टीमा बस्न नसक्नेहरू अलग पार्टी नै बनाएर बसुन्, केही छैन। एउटा मधेशी मोर्चा बन्दैन भने तीन वटा बने पिन ठीक छ। तर मुख्य कुरा मुद्दा हो। पुर्ण समानुपाितक िनर्वाचन र एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारा। यी दुई मुद्दालाई कुनै पिन हालतमा छोड्नुहुँदैन। मधेशी नेताहरू परम िमत्र हुनुपर्दैन। मधेशी पार्टीहरू सबै कुरामा एक मत हुनुपर्दैन। तर यी दुई कुराका अाधारमा common minimum program बन्नैपर्छ। पुर्णसमानुपाितक िनर्वाचन र एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारा।
