मधेस आंदोलन फेज ३ को रुपरेखा के हुन सक्छ? गर्ने भए चैत वैसाख मा हो। पानी पर्न थाले के को आंदोलन? आंदोलन ले बॉर्डर पारि बाट नै जनस्तर बाट १००% नाकाबंदी गर्न सक्ने किसिमको गृह कार्य गरिसकेको छ। रघुबंश प्रसाद सिंह हाम्रो चंद्रशेखर हो।

तर यो सीमित समयको हुनुपर्छ। बढ़िमा चार हप्ता। बरु नया साल को दिन मा शंखघोष गर्ने कि? नाकाबंदी नगर्ने कि? दैनिक जुलुस पो गर्ने कि? दैनिक १५ दिन सम्म जुलुस। त्यस पछि १० लाख मधेसी बिहारी काठमाण्डु पुग्ने। लिच्छवि हरु दो हजार वर्ष पछि फेरि आइपुगे जस्तो। कहिले नदेखेको शिवरात्रि देख्छ काठमाण्डु ले। जल थल वायु प्रत्येक मार्ग बाट पुग्ने। सके लालु लाई पनि साथ लाने। लालुको एउटा फोटो ले हल्लिएको काठमाण्डु। खुद लालु पुग्यो भने के हुन्छ?

११ बुँदे अनुसारको संविधान संसोधन नभए सम्म मान्छे ओरालेको ओरालै। १० लाख ले नपुगे १५ लाख। एक मधेस दो प्रदेस बटमलाइन हो। यस आंदोलन ले नेवार को खोसिएको अस्मिता पनि वापस गर्छ। मिथिला र मल्ल को विश्व स्तर को सभ्यता। बन्दर हरुले गड़बड़ पारे। कहते हैं अमेरिका को काले जस्तो हो मदिसे भनेको। ऐसी जुर्रत! तुम्हें काला दिखता है मधेसी? अंडरवियर तक उत्पादन न करने वाले लोग।

१० लाख

Bihar leaders ‘to send 10 lakh Indians to Madhes agitation’

A plan to bring as many as one million people from the neighbouring Indian state of Bihar in a bid to intensify the ongoing Madhes agitation on the Nepali side has reportedly been agreed between the United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) and Indian leaders. ...... Earlier, Media for Border Harmony and India-Nepal Friendship Association had handed over the invitation to the UDMF for the visit of Bihar....... Dr Raghuvansh Prasad Singh, the national vice-president of Rastriya Janata Dal (RJD), informed that the people of Bihar would participate in the UDMF’s agitation to “defy the domination of the (Nepal) government toward the Madhesi people.” ...... Speaking in a press conference organised by Media for Border Harmony in Muzaffarpur of Bihar on Sunday, Singh, who was a member of Indian parliament, stated that people of Bihar were also ready to stage a sit-in protest in Kathmandu as well as in New Delhi for the rights of the Madhesi people....... After the completion of the programme in Muzaffarpur, the top leaders of all UDMF constituents headed to Patna, the state capital, to seek further support from the Indian leaders.

सत्ताधारी द्वारा कालाबाजारी मात्र बढेको भन्दै नाकाबंदी फिर्ता लिने निर्णय राम्रै हुनेछ। तर ११ बुँदे बाट टसमस को संभावना छैन। जानु परे फेरि पनि (१) अनिश्चितकालीन मधेस बंद र (२) पुर्ण नाकाबंदी मा जाने संभावना खुला राख्दै अहिले लाई

• हर घर दस्तखत को कार्यक्रम ------ मधेसका साढ़े तीन पहाड़ी दल का सदस्य को घर घर पुगी पार्टी छोड्न आग्रह गर्ने ---- उनीहरुको संगठन ध्वस्त पारिदिने 

रघुवंश प्रसाद सिंह ले गर्न लागेको मटिहानी देखि काठमाण्डु सम्म को पदयात्रा ले यस आंदोलन लाई अब पार लगाउनेछ। मधेस आंदोलन ले आफ्नो चंद्रशेखर भेट्यो। 

यो सात प्रदेश को नक्शा मा नगई सुख छैन। मगर को पनि बिगारेको क्लस्टर मिलाउ।

An emissary of RJD chief Lalu Prasad on Wednesday met Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to sort out differences over forging an alliance ahead of assembly elections. ...... Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Raghuvansh Prasad Singh had earlier publicly opposed the projection of Nitish Kumar as the chief ministerial candidate of a RJD-JD-U alliance. ..... On Tuesday, the Janata Dal-United (JD-U) president in Bihar, Vashisht Narain Singh, said that Nitish Kumar would indeed be the chief ministerial candidate of an anti-BJP alliance.

Lalu has not just the MY but also Rajputs in his fold

While it is well known that Lalu Prasad's Rashtriya Janata Dal draws its strength from its core vote bank of Yadavs and Muslims, the party also gets the support of a large section of the powerful Rajput community. Even as RJD's rivals accuse Lalu of playing caste politics and indulging in minority appeasement, the former Bihar chief minister has very assiduously cultivated the Rajput community too....... In fact out of the four MPs that the party had in the outgoing 15th Lok Sabha, three were Rajputs with the fourth being Lalu himself ...... The party's three Rajput MP Prabhunath Singh from Maharajganj, Vaishali's Raghuvansh Prasad Singh and Jagadanand Singh from Buxar are leaving no stones unturned to ensure that the party bounces back with a vengeance in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections in Bihar. ...... In the next two phases of polling in Bihar, Lalu's MY combine will also have a potent R (Rajput) factor with it making it an extremely formidable combination. ..... a confident Lalu is eyeing many more seats riding on the Muslim-Yadav-Rajput combine. ......

Similarly the much respected Raghuvansh Prasad Singh, who has won five consecutive elections from Vaishali, is one whom Lalu's trusts very much. The mild-mannered Raghuvansh Prasad Singh's popularity cuts across the caste and community barrier.

...... The RJD is hopeful that both Prabhunath Singh and Raghuvansh Prasad Singh along with Buxar MP Jagadanand Singh will ensure that Rajputs back RJD candidates in all 13 Bihar seats where voting will take place on May 7 and 12. With the MY combine aggressively behind Lalu, the Rajput votes gives the RJD a big edge over its rivals.

Dr. Raghuvansh Prasad Singh (born 6 June 1946) was a member of the 15th Lok Sabha of India. He represented the Vaishali constituency of Bihar and is the national vice president of the Rashtriya Janata Dal political party. He is one of the senior most politician`s in India as a peoples representative in the legislature for four decades from 1977. He started his political career when he was elected as an MLA and was subsequently made the energy minister of Bihar in the karpoori Thakur cabinet. He has represented belsand constituency five times in the Bihar vidhan sabha. He was made the member of Bihar legislative council in 1991 post which he became the chairman of Bihar legislative council.He has represented vaishali constituency from Bihar in lok sabha consequetively for five terms and has been in the union cabinet for three terms. He was the Union Cabinet Minister for Rural Development in UPA-I of Manmohan Singh's government and is credited with conceptualization and implementation of NREGA ( National rural employment guarantee act). ........

Dr. singh is an Professor and Phd.in mathematics and an expert in rural and agricultural landscape in India.
