"जसपा बलियो कि लोसपा?"

के वर्षमानलाई प्रचण्डको उत्तराधिकारीका रुपमा तयार पारिँदैछ?
प्रधानमन्त्री देउवा, प्रचण्ड र नेपालबीच बालुवाटारमा १ घण्टा कुराकानी

एमाले छाड्दै प्रभु साह! ओलीसँग असन्तुष्ट बनेपछि एमालेका बैठकहरुमा भाग लिन छाडेका साहले गत साउन ५ गते ‘आईटी आर्मी’ नामको एउटा संगठन बनाएको घोषणा गरेका थिए। त्यो घोषणा कार्यक्रममा पूर्वमाओवादी नेतासहित केही एमाले नेतासमेत सहभागी थिए। ‘सामाजिक विकृति विसंगतिविरुद्ध लड्ने’ भन्दै घोषणा गरिएको त्यो संगठनले प्रदेश २ का आठ जिल्लामा संरचना बनाएको छ। ...... ‘अब हामीले खोल्ने दल संविधान र अहिलेको व्यवस्थाविरोधी नीति लिएर अघि बढ्ने खालको हुनसक्छ, हामी त्यही तयारीमा छौं।’ ...... कम्तीमा तीन महिनाभित्र आफ्नो ने्तृत्वमा पार्टी गठन गर्नेगरी साह अघि बढेको उनीनिकट ती नेताले बताए। ...... उनको प्रयासकै कारण अन्यत्र भन्दा प्रदेश २ मा माओवादीले अलि धेरै नोक्सानी ब्यहोर्नुपरेको छ। .... तर, प्रचण्डबाट सकारात्मक ‘रेस्पोन्स’ नपाएपछि उनी न एमालेमा रहन सक्ने न माओवादीमा फर्कने स्थितिमा पुगे। साहनिकट एक नेता भन्छन्, ‘त्यसपछि उहाँ आफ्नै नेतृत्वमा पार्टी बनाउनुपर्छ भन्ने निष्कर्शमा पुग्नुभो।’

प्रदेश २ का स्थानीय तहमा जसपा बलियो कि लोसपा? तत्कालीन राष्ट्रिय जनता पार्टी (राजपा)बाट निर्वाचित भएका जनप्रतिनिधिले महन्थ ठाकुर नेतृत्वको लोकतान्त्रिक समाजवादी पार्टी र तत्कालीन संघीय समाजवादी फोरमबाट निर्वाचित भएकाले जसपा रोजेका छन्। एकताध स्थानीय तहका जनपतिनिधिले मात्रै दल फेरेका छन्। ....... ‘तत्कालीन राजपाको चुनाव चिह्न साइकल थियो। अहिले उहाँहरुले चुनाव चिह्न साइकल बनाउनु भयो ....... प्रदेश २ मा १३६ स्थानीय तह छन्। त्यसमध्ये राजपाले २५ स्थानीय तहको प्रमुख र ३० स्थानीय तहको उप्रमुख जितेको थियो। यस्तै, तत्कालीन संघीय समाजवादी फोरमले २६ स्थानीय तह प्रमुख र २५ स्थानीय तहका उपप्रमुख जितेको थियो। स्थानीय तहमा धेरै फोरमले जितेको थियो। वडा भने सबैभन्दा धेरै राजपाले १९४ वडामा अध्यक्ष जितेको थियो। तर, फोरमले फोरमले १९१ वडा अध्यक्ष मात्रै जितेको थियो।

प्रदेशमा जसपा बलियो कि लोसपा? यस्तो छ अंकगणित पार्टी विभाजन भएपछि संघदेखि प्रदेश र स्थानीय तहमा जसपा बलियो देखिएको छ। संघमा ३४ जना सांसदमध्ये २ जना निवम्बित भएकाले ३२ जना सांसद मात्रै छन्। त्यसमध्ये उपेन्द्रको पक्षमा १८ जना र लोकतन्त्रिक समाजवादी पार्टीको पक्षमा १४ जना मात्रै खुलेका थिए।

प्रधानमन्त्री देउवा, प्रचण्ड र नेपालबीच बालुवाटारमा १ घण्टा कुराकानी ३ नेताबीच मन्त्रिपरिषद् विस्तार, संसदमा जारी प्रतिपक्षी दलको अवरोध र प्रतिस्थापन विधेयकको प्रक्रिया अगाडि नबढ्दा सरकारी खर्च कसरी चलाउने भन्ने विषयमा छलफल भएको जनाइएको छ।

Surprisingly, it turns out that tech giant Microsoft was the largest subcontractor on ECS Federal’s Project Maven awards. Also of note: Despite Google ceasing its AI development, two of the key companies involved in Project Maven—both Rebellion Defense and Orbital Insight—have continued on the project with backing from Google’s parent company Alphabet and its former executive Eric Schmidt. ......
