माअोवादीलाई Triangulate गर्दा दुवै हातमा लड्डु

माअोवादीलाई triangulate गर्नु भनेको के? उनीहरूको पिहलो िवन्दु िथयो कम्युिनष्ट तानाशाही। सात पार्टीत्यितन्जेल बहुदलीय प्रजातन्त्र र संवैधािनक राजतन्त्रमा िथए। त्यो दोस्रो िवन्दु िथयो। तेस्रो िवन्दुबन्यो संिवधान सभा। अिन राजनीित अगािड सर्यो। लोकतान्त्िरक गणतन्त्र िमलनिवन्दु बनेको छ।

त्यसै गरी केही अरु बुँदाहरूमा तेस्रो िवन्दु खोज्दै अगािड बढ्नुपरेको अवस्था छ।

उनीहरूले तुरुन्त गणतन्त्र मागे। गणतन्त्र अिहले नै जाने िनधो गर्ने तर घोषणा चािहं चुनावपिछ गर्ने्। त्योहो िमलनिवन्दु। पुर्ण समानुपाितक िनर्वाचन त मधेशी र जनजाितको माग हो। त्यो त पुरा हुनैपर्छ। बाहुनक्षेत्रीले मधेशी जनजाितलाई नेतृत्व िदने जमाना गयो। बरु संिवधान सभामा समीकरण बन्छ। काँग्रेस, एमाले र माअोवादी जस्ता बाहुन पार्टीहरूलाई मधेशी र जनजाितको भोट चािहएको छ भने अा अाफ्नो िलस्टमापिहलो ५० जनामा टन्न मधेशी र जनजाित राख्ने। त्यो हो तिरका।

Triangulate गर्नुपर्ने issue अरु पिन छन्। १० वर्षको गृहयुद्लाई सल्ट्याउने तिरका हो दक्िषण अफ्िरकामा जस्तो truth and reconciliation commission। त्यस्तै एउटा land reform commission, अिहले िववादमा रहेका जग्गाको स्वािमत्व त्यस किमशनलाई िदने, अिन संिवधान बनेपिछको संसदीय चुनावमा पार्टीहरू जनताकोमा जाने, जनताले िनर्णय गर्छ हदबन्दी जस्ता कुरा।

माअोवादीको मधेशीलाई देिखनसहने चालढाल

मधेशी पार्टी र मधेशी नेताहरूलाई देिखनसहने माअोवादीको चालढाल छ। छुट्टै जनजाित पार्टीहरू खुल्न थालेको त्यही भएर हो। ितमीहरू अिधकार त लेउ तर नेतृत्व बाहुनहरूकै मान भन्नमा माअोवादी अरु ठुला पार्टीभन्दा कम छैनन्।

मधेशी जनािधकार फोरमको मधेसी जनाधार देखेर तर्सेको माअोवादी।

संिवधान सभाको चुनाव हुन्छ अिन माअोवादीको बहुमतको सरकार बन्छ भन्ने प्रचण्डको शायद िदवास्वप्न िथयो। त्यो त मधेशी क्रान्ितभन्दा अगािड पिन हुने अवस्था िथएन। अर्कै बाहुनवादी कम्युिनष्ट पार्टी एमालेले पिन माअोवादीलाई पत्याउन नसकेको अवस्था छ।

अिहले माअोवादीको सबैभन्दा उत्तम option हो गुण्डागर्दी समाप्त गर्नु, अिन संिवधान सभामा एमालेको जुिनयर पार्टनर बन्ने प्रयास गर्नु। २०% भन्दा बढी मत कुनै पिन पार्टीले ल्याउँदैन।

गौेेर घटनाको अािधकािरक छानबीन

माअोवादीले रौतहटका स्थानीय मधेशी पार्टीका नेता र कार्यकर्तालाई ताकेको छ। उनीहरूलाई मुछेको छ।

गौर नहुनुपर्ने घटना िथयो। लहान नहुनुपर्ने िथयो। नेपालगञ्ज नहुनुपर्ने िथयो। भैरहवामा फोरमको सभा माअोवादीले निबथोल्नुपर्ने िथयो। सबभन्दा नहुनुपर्ने त १० वर्षको गृहयुद्ध हो। माअोवादीले गौरको जुन प्रितशोधात्मक रवैया देखाएको छ, त्यो truth and reconciliation commission को स्िपिरट िवपरीतको हो।

NSP makes its ‘Bahini’ public; Limbuwan train their cadres NepalNews The Nepal Sadbhavana Party (NSP) has unveiled its militant youth wing called Madhes Raksha Bahini.
