माअोवादीले मधेशी अान्दोलनसँग फेिर िनहुँ खोज्न थालेको छ।

गौरमा जे भयो त्यो नहुनुपर्ने िथयो। किपलवस्तुमा जे भयो त्यो नहुनुपर्ने िथयो। तर त्योभन्दा अगािड भैरहवामा जे भयो, लहानमा जे भयो, नेपालगञ्जमा जे भयो त्यो पिन नहुनुपर्ने भयो। अिहलेसम्म माअोवादीले गल्ती मानेको छैन त।

गौर घटनाको पिहलो समाचार जब अायो मलाई लाग्यो यो त मधेशी गोंगबु भएछ। जे भयो बडो अप्रत्यािशत भयो। किपलवस्तुको घटना जब शुरु भयो मलाई लाग्यो यो त नेपाल हो िक र्वाण्डा हो। एक हप्ताकालािग एउटा िजल्लामा नेपाल र्वाण्डा बन्न पुग्यो।

सबैभन्दा नहुनुपर्ने त नेपालको १० वर्षे गृहयुद्ध हो। त्यसमा १३,००० मािनस मरे। त्यसभन्दा दोब्बरले अात्महत्या गरे। लाखौं िवस्थािपत भए।

देशमा एउटा मट्ठर बयल प्रधानमन्त्री छ। शान्ित प्रक्िरयालाई फुर्ितकासाथ अगािड बढाउन सक्या होइन। एउटा िनकम्मालाई गृहमन्त्री बनाएर राख्या छ जसले peace process होइन िक appeasement process को नौटङकी खडा गिरराख्या छ।

माअोवादीले त्यित नै सास्ती िदया छ भने त माअोवादीलाई तह लगाउने मधेशी जनािधकार फोरमसँग सामीप्य बढ्नुपर्ने िगिरजाको। तर िगिरजा बाहुनको anti Madhesi prejudice ले उसलाई अन्धो बनाइराख्या छ।

मधेशी िजल्लामा पहाडी CDO बन्ने जमाना समाप्त भयो। मधेशी िजल्लामा पहाडी DSP बन्ने जमाना समाप्त भयो। मधेशबाट भटाभट पहाडीहरु िजतेर संसद जाने जमाना समाप्त भयो।

न्यु यर्कमा प्रभाकरसँग भेंट भयो। मैले डा् बाबुराम भट्टराईसँग सम्पर्क गराउनुस् इमेल मार्फत भनें। हुन त उनले हुन्छ नै भने तर अिहलेसम्म गराएको होइन। मैले डा् बाबुराम भट्टराईलाई मसँग open ideological debate मा अाउनुस् भनेर challenge गरेको हो। नेपालमा democratic republic of state funded parties को स्थापनापिछ क्रान्ित हुँदैन, चुनाव मात्र हुन्छ भन्ने मेरो तर्क बारे तपाईंलाई के भन्नु छ? पिहला कम्युिनष्ट मेिनफेस्टो पढाए जस्तै सबै माअोवादी कार्यकर्तालाई अिनवार्य Universal Declaration of Human Rights पढाउनुपर्ने सुझाव तपाईलाई कस्तो लाग्छ?

गौेेर घटनाकै कुरा हुँदो हो त माअोवादीले सद्भावनाका कार्यकर्तालाई िकन मुछ्यो? िकनभने माअोवादी बाहुनहरू मधेशी पार्टीहरूलाई देिख सहँदैनन्। पहिरया राजा र पहिरया िगिरजाभन्दा पहिरया प्रचण्ड केही फरक छैन मधेशी समुदायकालािग। मधेशलाई अाफ्नो नक्शामा फोड्दा फोड्दा माअोवादीले चार टुक्रा बनाइसक्यो, र त्यो प्रत्येकमा पहिरया बाहुनलाई नेतृत्व तहमा राख्िदया छ पार्टीको अान्तिरक संरचनामा। महेन्द्रपथको अञचलाधीशभन्दा केही फरक छैन प्रचण्डपथको पदािधकारी।

िदवास्वप्न देिखराखेको छ प्रचण्डले। कमजोर गृहमन्त्रीबाट करोडौं थुत्न भ्याएको होला माअोवादीले, तर पैसाले चुनाव िजत्ने भए धनुषाको शेर अिहले पिन हेमबहादुर हुँदो हो। माअोवादीलाई तराईमा चुनाव िजत्नु छ भने उसले अाफ्नो केन्द्रीय सिमितमा ५०% मधेशी राखोस् अिन एक मधेश एक प्रदेशको नारामा अाअोस्। त्यो हो तिरका। तर माअोवादीलाई मधेशी जनताका िदल िजत्नु छैन। उसलाई मधेशी पार्टी र नेताहरूलाई harass गर्नु छ। प्रचण्डको पहिरया mentality उजागर भएको हो त्यो। यो बाहुनलाई जित पटक गंगा स्नान गराए पिन यो सप्िरनेवाला छैन।

केन्द्रीय सिमितमा दुई जनाभन्दा कम मधेशी भएका बाहुनवादी कम्युिनष्ट पार्टीहरू माअोवादी र एमाले, चार जनाभन्दा कम भएका काँग्रेस र राप्रपा जस्ता पार्टीहरू सबको हालत खास्ता छ तराईमा। सबको पहाडी prejudice उदाङगो भएको छ।

िगिरजा बाहुन भन्दै छ नेपाली पुिलसको काम थोडे हो मधेशी समुदायलाई शान्ित सुरक्षा िदने, भारतले चाहेमा पाँच िमनेटमा शान्ित सुरक्षा अाउँछ तराईमा। अिन त्यसै साँसमा भन्छ म पिन िवराटनगरको मान्छे म पिन मधेशी नै त हो। लाज पचाउनुको पिन कुनै हद हुन्छ।

मधेशी पार्टीहरू अिहले दुई खेमामा गोलबन्द भएका छन्। तर ती दुबै खेमाको नारा एक मधेश एक प्रदेश नै रहेको छ। त्यो नारा भनेको पहाडी उपिनवेशवादलाई समाप्त पार्ने नारा हो।

संिवधान सभामा २०% भन्दा बढी मत कुनै पिन पार्टीले ल्याउँदैन। त्यस scenario मा मधेशी मोर्चाको िनर्णायक भुिमका रहनेछ। त्यही संभावना देखेर प्रचण्ड अात्ितएको छ। राजावादीसँग सुद्धा िमल्न तयार छु भन्न थालेको छ। पहिरयाहरू पहाडी पिहला अिन राजावादी माअोवादी पिछ हुन् भन्ने कुरा त्यसैबाट थाहा हुन्छ।

Maoists and MJF programme on the same day in Gaur, again Nine months after the Gaur massacre, the Maoists and the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (MJF) have once again fixed their programmes on the same day in Gaur of Rautahat district on December 15. The Maoists have informed they would be holding the programme in memory of their 28 cadres who were killed in the massacre, which ensued after Maoists and MJF cadres entered into violent clashes. Likewise, the MJF has informed that they would be holding the protest programme opposing the filing of complaints with the police against 103 persons accused of involvement in the massacre. The people of Gaur have become terrified since the Maoists and MJF have once again fixed their programmes on the same day. They are scared of possibility of similar violent clashes. District in-charge of Maoists Ashok Yadav has said that their programme had been fixed a month earlier. On the other hand, MJF’s district chief Ganesh Yadav claims that they had fixed their programme a week back. Both of them have asked the other side to put off their programme. The administration has become wary over the development. Local police officials say they are closely monitoring the situation and would do the needful to avert violence.

Madhesi groups warn of fresh street protests; RPP also does the same Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (MJF) led by Upendra Yadav and a disgruntled faction of the Nepal Sadbhavana Party (Anandidevi) led by Rajendra Mahato announced the formation of a new Madhesi front on Friday. They also threatened to unleash street movement beginning December 30. .... “The interim government and the interim parliament have lost their legitimacy.
