Please find a paper on the nature and process of the Constituent Assembly I presented in Ktm last summer. Nearly a thousand copies were distributed among the indigenous nationalities, including madhesi INs. I thought it could be of interest to the Janadhikar Forum and other non-party political organizations and activists as well.
