But it is Madhav Nepal who is the dynamo. He is the one who first brought forth large crowds into the streets across the country. It is him and his party who are so clearly for a Democratic Republic. Koirala is not opposed to the idea, but he is not actively for it as a matter of policy.
I can't wait for Madhav Nepal to get back into the swing. His release shows we are close to victory.
