Yes, you use the internet to tie together the fragmented pieces, but the major thrust of that 'force' will have to take place in Nepal, hence there is an ultimate necessity to go to Nepal and execute eventually, for people like you, who are young, quite vocal and visible.
Madhesi rights are not independent of other rights. Pahadi-Madhesi dichotomy is a useless attempt to 'smoothen-out' a Nepali identity. Instead, making Madhesi prominent and pronounced by including languages as part of legal and business transaction is probably more useful.
Where do you personally want to go? Continue participating as a Madhesi for a Madhesi identity or breakout of that bubble and engage in larger political game and participate as a Nepali in strengethening a Madhesi identity. If it's a latter, you cannot expect to spew venom at general pahadis as a source of Madhesi domination in Nepal and still expect their support for your whatever campaign. Rather, use alliances, make friends to get to the level where you are capable of making changes in your community.
